The U.S. Navy has awarded a 2-year,
indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity
multiple award contract to Horton Technical
Associates, Inc. (HTA), a Service-Disabled
Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
headquartered in Las Cruces, NM. This
contract allows HTA to compete for service
requirements solicited by Naval Sea Systems
Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space
and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval
Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift
Command, Naval Facilities Engineering
Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the
United States Marine Corps.
The functional areas HTA will be offering
are:

Research and Development Support;
·
Modeling, Simulation, Stimulation, and
Analysis Support;
·
System Design Documentation, and Technical
Data Support;
·
Software Engineering, Development,
Programming, and Network Support;
·
Information
System (IS) Development, Information
Assurance (IA), and Information Technology
(IT) support; and,
·
Logistics
Support Services.
HTA’s partners in this endeavor are
Integrated Support Systems, incorporated (ISSi),
located in Arlington, VA, and Bob Fidler
Services, Inc. (BFS), located in Apple
Valley, CA.
HTA’s contract has a two-year base period or
performance, with one five-year award term
and one additional three-year award term.
The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface
Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren,
Va. is the contracting activity.
